Trait
Adopt A-D-AD high voltage way controlled by space voltage vector in sine wave PWM technology, transformer isolation and in-line power element.
Input end adopts move phase transformer multiple-rization technology, electric current harmonic input is minor;
  Output end adopt n power-unit cascade to fold up wave technology, output voltage wave form approaches sine, electric current wave form is perfect;
  Input and output harmonic waves all completely meet the standard
IEEE Std 519-1992 and GB/T14549-2002.
No need set power factor repair equipment. The power factor of regular variable speed range is higher than 0.97.
No need set I/O filter
No peculiar request to the driven electric motor
System overall efficiency is higher than 96%
Friendly user interface
WINDOWS 2000 Chinese version operation platform, large screen and real color LCD display, touch screen direct operating, quick and convenient function parameter setting, and preserving up to 20 sets of parameter settings. Automatically record the all information in every operation, and can be referred on-line anytime.
Flexible control mode
Local control by the touch screen; remote control by inside PLC I/O gate; Superordination control by RS485 interface and DCS system linking.
Pre-charging circuit ensures the system with shock-free starting, apply to any low capacity electricity network and ancillary equipment.
Control two power supplies to maximally ensure normal running.
Perfect self-diagnosing functions can online monitor system state. Automatically take suitable protective measures and record running parameters in malfunction.
The power element automation bypass function may cut the malfunction element and ensure symmetry and balance of the three-phase output voltage and output electric current. Maximally reduce motor stopping rate to ensure non-stop working in breakdown state.
Supply the inverters perfect diagnose and strong treatment ability to various protection at input and output ends, voltage and electric current and temperature etc.
No-perturbation function can be used to realize frequency conversion. Motor can automatically change to frequency transformer in case the inverters is with bad failure, to ensure the machine run regularly in system breakdown.

◆ Perfect main circuit structure:
It means to adopt isolation transformer in input side, it’s second side coil move phase input, effectively restrain the net side harmonic wave, and adopt power element folding output technology in output side can weak the harmonic contents of output side.
Every phase output consists of power elements linking in series, the in-line number is different from the various of output voltage, details as below element allocation form.

As to net side, system is uncontrolled rectifying circuit input with 18(T30),30 or 36 wave (T60), 54 wave (T100), phase voltage output with 7 level (T30), 11 OR 13 level (T60), 19 level (T100) to load side, and it’s input and output waves are almost perfect.(the diagram as below)
 

◆Strong and weak current, main circuit, control circuit set separately, the complete machine consists of transformer cabinet, element cabinet and control cabinet, maximally reduce interference at the high limit and ensure it’s stability and reliability.

Power unit bypass function may reduce load work with non-stop when breakdown. After breakdown, bypass via SCR, then bypass other two symmetrical units with a same moving phase, improve system stability and reliability and reduce stop rate.

Based on WINDOWS 2000 system, adopt 12'' real color LCD touch screen, easy operation.
Main interface is as shown. Entire Chinese express and graphic images, same screen display run characters such as setting frequency, output frequency, output voltage, output current, rotate speed, stress etc, users can view it, start and stop many operation easily.
Through sub-interface to operate function set, parameter set, copy and transfer via main interface, refer to run record and failure view for control and diagnosis.
Function setting main includes control state (test / run), run mode (open, close magnetic loop), parameter set, system bypass, interface lock or not, and set mode, analog output and analog feedback etc.
Parameters setting mainly include frequency inverter running related parameters, such as voltage, current, frequency, time, unit bypass series, and motor’s related parameters such as rotate speed, power, voltage, current, load series etc. Direct operation on preserving, copying, transferring and ex-work parameter.
