WIN-9P series inverters for blower and pump
Commonly, the rating value will have margins when design the pump system. But according to the process requirement practically, the valve shield of air door or valve are used to adjust air volume or flow rate. This simple method could waste great energy. Frequency inverter used in common blower and pump speed adjusting control system are often for in air blower, air inducer, water supply system and so on. The main purpose is to save energy. The principle of using frequency inverters to adjust speed is based on the relation among flow rate, pressure, rotating speed, torque and power.
Known from fluid mechanics knowledge：
For pump, P represents the output power of water pump, H represents its hoad, Q represents its fluid flow quantity, n represents its pump revolution.
When required volume drops, adjust speed can save great energy. For example, when the needed flow quantity is 80%, theoretically, only 51.2% of rating axis power can save 48.8% energy by speed adjusting. If adopt tradition way of adjust valve to change flow quantity, the effect could be very low although it can also reduce the power consumption. |
